1. Wear protective gear( glove, fullface, body armour, riding boot, riding pants ).
   
2. Do at safe place ( parking lot, empty road ).
3. Make sure you know your limits and know your bike nicely.
4. Dont harm another people.
5. Do it with patience.
6. Make sure your bike in tip top condition.
