How To Get Your Knee Down / Knee Scrapping
This time, road tester Michael Neeves from MCN takes out experienced rider but knee-down virgin Anthony Elvy to teach us how to get his knee down safely. This way maybe can help someone who still cant have knee down. This guy only need 15 minutes to learn from Michael Neeves and he made it nicely. Do it like you running on the bend. You will twist your shoulder and body follow the way. That also same as we ride a bike. Head, always look for your way. Point your eyes to the exit. By the way, feel to power of real twist while entering a corner. For beginner, this is the time to do it but at the safe place.
Note :
- Wear protective apparell
- Check your bike conditon ( tyres, brakes, suspension etc )
- Do at safe place. Dont try at busy road.
- Bring someone to prepare if something happen.

Malaysia Cub Prix Race 2008
But the different is the bike that use for cubprix from the lowest 100cc to 135cc. And it has own specification to obey. But it still like a thunder , and the thrill always make the rider nervous every race. Esspecially when launch from starting grid, to 1st corner. Everyone want to be the first man enter that corner because they have big chance to win or lead the race.
Abut the bike regulation, at last 2007 2 stroke race already end and now, only 4 stroke bike are allow. The roam of the cubprix bike can knock your heart. Fight between racer is really unexpected. Because of the size of track, any mistake can make the rider lost their position.
This 22 to 23 November 2008, Malaysian Cubprix will be at Kangar Stadium, Perlis, Malaysia.

BMW S 1000 RR Launch for WSBK 2009
The new bike is dubbed the S1000RR, and it marks a bold new direction for the formerly staid German brand.
“We are confident that we will be able to start the Superbike World Championship next year with a convincing all-round package, and that our series motorcycle will be just as convincing,” said Hendrik von Kuenheim, a 20-year veteran of BMW and now the General Director of BMW’s motorcycle division. “In both terms of both its technology and price, our Supersports will be absolutely competitive.”
BMW has a long history of racing, though it’s been mostly in the realm of automobiles. They have the high-technology know-how, but it will be interesting to see how BMW can create a bike to be competitive on price and performance with the Japanese.
Although details of the S1000RR are still a little vague, we can tell you that it adopts the successful formula of an in line-Four engine with a target of 190 crankshaft horsepower.
The frame is a conventional perimeter layout made from aluminum. To ensure a light and compact layout, the S1000RR eschews any of BMW’s unique suspension designs, instead using an inverted fork up front and a chain-drive rear end with a banana-style swing arm working a single shock out back. BMW intends the finished bike’s wet weight to be 419 pounds.
The S1000RR will offer at least one feature the Japanese don’t: traction control. We expect all sorts of other techno-wizardry in this bike, including throttle-by-wire actuation and variable-length intake snorkels. Von Kuenheim also promises some innovative technology in the engine’s cylinder head.
“From the start we wish to be on par with our well-established competitors also in the Super sports segment,” von Kuenheim stated boldly. “It is our objective to offer the customer a high-performance motorcycle with absolutely outstanding qualities and features on both the road and race track in terms of ride ability, performance, and ergonomics.”
BMW intends to enter World Superbike competition in 2009 with its S1000RR. It will build 1000 of the new liter bikes by the end of 2009 to meet homologation requirements for this production-based class. BMW has already been developing the bike in conjunction with Alpha-Racing, a German tuning shop with plenty of motorsport experience. The team is currently looking to find riders for the bike. In the near future, BMW will begin production of the race bike in order to develop it for the 2009 race season.
BMW describes its progress with the development as “very promising.” The expected goals are to garner top-10 results in ’09, then to log podium positions in 2010.
“The very fascination of this motorcycle with its racing DNA expands and upgrades the brand image of BMW Motorrad by offering an additional sporting and emotional element winning over new customers for the brand,” said von Kuenheim, noting that the class accounts for more than 100,000 units worldwide. “We are actively looking for new options, for profitable growth and for the planned increase in volume. Precisely that is why we have decided, among other things, to take on the competition in the Supersports segment on both the road and the race track.”
For information, BMW now already get the rider for World Superbike Racing ( WSBK ) for 2009 season. BMW confirmed Troy Corser with Ruben Xaus as a teammate.

New Aprilia RSV4 Superbike
Video show known rider , Max Biaggi on action at the Portimao circuit to test the 2009 Aprilia RSV4 .
Earlier this year Leo Francesco Mercanti, Aprilia brand manager, told about Aprilia's intention to re-enter World Superbikes in 2008 with a v4, and at the Milan Motorcycle show we can saw the remarkable engine of the new bike, bristling with innovation.
Developed entirely in-house, the Aprilia engineers have used a slightly wider configuration of 65° between the cylinders (compared to the current RSV twin's 60°), maintaining excellent fluid dynamics in the inlet ports whilst still allowing a short and narrow engine that'll give the chassis engineers a lot of flexibility over placement.
The primary vibration inherent in a 65° angle between the pairs of cylinders is negated through use of a balance shaft.
Space is further saved by a very unusual design for driving the dual overhead cams. Only the inner (inlet) cams are driven by chains which in turn, drive the outer cams through a series of gears between each pair of cylinders. The importance of a highly compact v configuration was learnt from the hugely successful SXV v-twin engine which achieved it's compactness through a different route, via a single overhead cam per cylinder.
Aprilia have been so successful that the RSV 4 v-four engine is even more compact than the venerable Rotax V60 v-twin with which Aprilia first entered WSB in 1999, and which drives the current RSVR Factory, this year crowned the fastest production motorcycle in the world in the objective and prestigious Masterbike competition.
In WSB racing trim the engine revs to 13,500rpm and already produces 207bhp (at the crank obviously) with plenty of development work to do before the 2008 season.
The throttle linkage is fly-by-wire with the throttle butterflies on each pair of cylinders operated by two stepper motors controlled directly by the Magneti Marelli ECU, which also controls two injectors per cylinder, one either side of the throttle butterfly.
WSB entry also means that Aprilia will be producing RSV4 homologation specials for the road, much like the RSV SP, which should also mean a range of full production bikes, hopefully also for 2008. The power on these production models will have to be a fair bit lower for cost and longevity reasons, but it's abit early to speculate on what exactly to expect, suffice it to say that it'll be more than competitive. The price will obviously be in excess of the current RSVR Factory, but not as much as you might think, and certainly less than the 999R.

Suzuki FX125 on Sepang Track Day
This Suzuki FX125 underbone bike is extremely superb on the track and for road use. The twin cam engine and DOHC Technology make it better than other underbone bike. Even Yamaha 135 LC , is newest model and many rumours said that its more powerfull, but the truth is FX 125 is better more than that. For suzuki FX 125, the body frame is much strongerand the engine can bore up to 650 to 700cc. Twin cam engine make it much powerfull than any underbone 4 stroke bike. Of course because ...Okay imagine this ( 1 hand and 2 hand doing a task.
